amerat.in is the website of AMERAT, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Redwings Aptitude Test, run by Redwings Aerotechnique Pvt. Ltd., Pragyan Nursing College Campus, Abbas Nagar, Gondermau, Bypass Road, Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462036 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, enquire with us or register for AMERAT, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Enquiry details: your name, mobile number, email address, city and class, when you fill an enquiry or call-back form.
- Registration details: personal details, parent details, address, academic details for Class 10 and 12 (or diploma), your photograph and any documents you upload when you register for AMERAT.
- Login details: your email address and password for the student portal. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form.
- Payment details: the AMERAT fee is paid through our payment partner, Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference number; we do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Exam details: your admit card details, exam attendance and result.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you reached our website, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and call you back about programmes and admission.
- To process your AMERAT registration and payment, and to issue your admit card.
- To conduct the exam, publish results, offer counselling, admission and scholarships.
- To send you important updates about AMERAT by call, SMS, email and WhatsApp, as you agree to when you submit a form.
- To improve our website and measure the performance of our advertising.
- To meet our legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:
- With institutions and partners of the Redwings group involved in your training and admission, such as the university that awards a degree in the dual programme.
- With service providers who help us run the website, payments, email, SMS and analytics, only for the work they do for us.
- With authorities where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember whether you reached us through an online campaign, and understand how visitors use the website. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising tags from Google and Meta to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website, such as the student login, may not work without them.
Security and retention
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. We keep your information for as long as needed for admission, training, legal and accounting purposes, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
- You can ask to see, correct or update the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to stop sending promotional messages at any time. We may still contact you about an application you have made.
- You can ask us to delete your information where we no longer need it for admission, legal or accounting reasons.
